Our Story

Spire Consulting was founded in Hong Kong with a clear purpose: to help organisations move beyond surface-level strategy toward genuine alignment between ambition and capability. We observed that many businesses struggle not from lack of ideas, but from misalignment between what they aspire to achieve and what they are genuinely prepared to accomplish.

Our founders brought together experience from corporate strategy, organisational development, and executive coaching to create a consulting practice that takes a more thoughtful approach.
